You need Yalahar quest, use machine.
Buy 80 Strong Mana Potions & 30 Royal Spears,
leave when you have 20 Strong Mana Potions or 100 CAP or 10 Royal Spears.
Macros: Auto Utura , Auto Mount, Auto drop empty vials
Edit variables for Royal Spears and Manas !

when i tested i am alone on spawn ,if you have skills 30/30 you have 30-50 k/h i ussualy kill mutated human one hit

there is a bug after a round he always go to deposit and refill
even if he have more than the minimun rs , smp or cap
