When I target monster, shoot them with my wand is there a way to shoot a rune after each wand shot? such as wand-icicle-wand-icicle?

You can try do an attack sequence
in required mana = 0
wait = 2550 or 3000
set the rune = icicle and add it
and on killer add the creature(s) names and add the option manage attack sequences.
