The LUA Scripting is amazing, however it breaks the idea that anyone should be able to create scripts. The idea is that you can create your own scripts, while your friends will be able too, without a deep learning curve. The easy to create scripts makes the scripts more mutable, and makes it harder to detect by automation detection tools. I would love to see LUA scripts in the BBot, but I prefer to let the advanced scripts for other bots (like Xenobot) and keep the BBot simpler.
I don't believe that 1000 characters using the same script from a single author is cool, and this is what happens when your creating scripts is hard, because only one or other will be able to create it.
