BBot - The best bot of the world

Hey guys the bot is using obsidian knife every time in corpses that already have been skinned and when i kill 1 of 2,3... lizards chosen hes going to skinning the dead corpse between the others lizards doing my char get alot of hits, is there an option to wait for all lizards dead so start skinning? and how to stop bot skinning corpses that already have been skinned?
