Use utamo vita when 3 creatures "name" .
For exameple
Use utamo vita when in the screen are 3 fire elementals. (plix probe do this macro, but the char do utamo vita repeatedly)

I need macro when i got 40% hp will use a Energy Ring , but when i 80% he takes it off.
