Only separate 20 in 20 stones on your bag and stay with it opened.
Mark [x]left hand on "re-user" options.
Done!

I think you can achieve it with a protector tool - you choose "player on a screen" (first drop-down list) and then tick the option shutdown Tibia + to equip stealth ring you need to make macro (there is a macro for equipping items, you should be able to find it if u care enough). You make the macro and choose it from another drop-down list. Maybe I'll make it later.
EDIT:
macro for changing worn soft boots is:
1000 {Change Worn Soft Boots/Boh} Self.Inventory.Boots==6530 Self.Equip.Boots(3079)
