I do not understand why your claim with the prices. Many times zaypay charges a extra fee because the laws of some countries.

That's a weak point of those SMS payments, they doesn't work with values, but with packs.
If the you cannot pay with one pack they will cost two packs.

You could contact the ZayPay so maybe they can try to add a new pack, or contact your phone operator.
