Thunderstorm Rune on multiple targets ? - Xudam - 11-07-2013

Is it possible to use Thunderstorm Rune on multiple targets, whilst using 'exori gran vis/Exori vis' if there is only 1 target ?

Cant get it to work properly in attack sequences..

Is it possible to use it not on target but so it does maximum damage?
lets say there is 3 mobs on the screen you can hit all 3 if you use it on X square ?
Or is the only viable option to use it on target ?
