I had a similar situation, my internet ip is changing from time to time (usualy when i restart it) and i was blocked.
U have to wait for about 6-8hrs.

Up is right.
It's defend system from sharing BBot licence formany ppls. U can't use it from 6 differents ip adresses. You have to wait.

You can have only 2 diffrent ip, when you use 3 ip you will get block for 6hours after last login from third ip
