By now, the bbot hasn't this feature, but I hope that it'll be added in the next Update

Sorry, but I didn't understand it. You want a macro that attack only creatures that have 100% of life? What about the other ones?

yes attack only if the target is 100%hp and attack only if youre attacked by the creature
