All the BBot users should be able to get help in a universal way, and the english is that way. Think how would be if our forums didn't had a language rule. Have a note on your mind that more than 40% of our users are from poland. The same way is not cool that we brazillians see they speeaking on their mother language, it's not cool they to see we speaking on our mother language.
