Its a bug / error , you have to Email it to [email protected] ,
By the looks of it , i see that you either have Win7/Win8 and tried to open bbot without running it as Admin or your Anti-virus is blocking it.. but its only my opinion. Email it to the email addres ^ and maby you will find out for definite what it is.
