Hello guys.
My friend have problem.
He use good password , he have premium , he turn off a antivirus.
But he cant login to bbot in game - error 3011002.
When he try to eneter to this site , he saw a -Website is offline"
Someone know what is happend ?
I can Put more information , my friend he live in Chile..

The problem is related to DNS name resolution, I'm trying to find something to do, this is a error on some ISP (internet service providers).

Please ask him to do these steps:
Keys: Windows+R
Run: cmd
On the black screen (Console) write:
nslookup bmega.net
Ask him to send the screenshot and post here.

I'm Zokxs's friend, who was having the issue. I didn't do anything, it just started working again, anyway, to avoid this happening again i'm posting down here the screenshot.
Hopefully won't happen again since lost some hours of botting hehe :p

I thought that it was just a simple issue with one or another user, this issue affected several guys from Latin America, it's a ISP thing, we will never know what the hell happened =]

Try manually configure google DNS on your network card.
Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8
Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4
