At this moment, you can configure bot for high hp heal, and low hp heal. Could it be possible to add medium hp healing? so we can get exura, exura gran and exura vita?

It can be good but my opinion is that this is not necessary, with high low and potion it works good

You can always use macros incase you need more than 2 spells for healing
