My sugestion is to implement spell cooldown checker for macros
For example:
Status.Cooldown(Annihilation)==0
Self.Say(exori gran ico)
or
Status.Cooldown(exori gran ico)==0
Self.Say(exori gran ico)

I guess runes spells are not necessary, and should be added manualy to BBot.Spells.txt by the users who want those spells working...
