1. Operation system?
2. Firewall and antivirus?
3. When was the last time that bbot worked fine?
4. Do you install any software lately?

2- firewall ? , avast
3- four months ago

I think something is blocking the site and the bot but i can't find what, please help me .

I think do you use windows firewall.
For test, disable firewall: http://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000551.htm#windows-7
Follow that link and create a new user. After that, test site and bbot.
