[Suggestion] Refactor Reuses - Renato Ribeiro - 02-03-2016

What?
Add "checkers" to reuse spells. Like hp min / mana min.
For a better UI, I thing a listbox where you can add/remove will be better than checkboxes.

Why?
It can be a powerful built-in feature and offers a macro-independent smart solutions in many cases.

Case Examples
1. I want reuse of haste, but it spends a lot of mana. So, I put reuse haste only if my mana is higher than 200.

2. The classic Utura, where almost everyone uses macros to it: reuse utura only if my hp is lower than 75% and mana is higher than 200.

3. This last I think it would be too much work, but it would not be a bad idea: reuse invisible if monsters on screen is higher than 5.

All is possible now in macro but that would be easier to set and looks clearly nice idea
