Couldn't find a thread about this but feel free to delete it there already exists one.
The problem I have is that I can't save the settings I use, so I always have to download or make new ones. Does someone know what I can do to fix this?

You are running your bbot as Administrator?
Where is your Bbot folder?
put that bbot folder to your desktop, it will be easier to save
