Is there anyway to make Bbot drop loots in a specific SQM?
e.g.: my knight is hunting some dwarf guards, whenever he passes through x,y,z, drops double axes/steel helmets to the sqm.

Yes, you can use DropLoot cavebot point, mark 'dropable items' in Looter configurations (check the Droppable).
When cavebot goes to a DropLoot point and has dropable items, they will be dropped in that sqm
