It should be added, but with one mistake

Find and open in notepad
BBot/Data/BBot.Items.txt

at the bottom should be

23986,1,1000,0,500,Heavy Old Tome,

Just delete last comma ,
leave
Code:
23986,1,1000,0,500,Heavy Old Tome

and save, restart bbot.

you should have on item list in looter
