BaseAdress not found, possible anti-virus blocking EC:5

I disabled the windows firewall, I removed the anti-virus. Still not working what I have to do? I have tibia 10 and bbot 82.1

It was known for a year already that bbot will support OTS only after tibia releases their 11 and battleeye

They should write that it works only on OTS and not on RL Tibia. I lost my money....
