Hi i just buy the bot and i dont know nothing about it , but the main problem is that i cant open the bot , i dont know if i have to open tibia first or the bot first , if i have to run as adminsitrator or what i need to do.
Can anyone help me and explain the right steps so i can follow?

Run as administrator and add to antivirus/firewall exceptions.
You also need to know that not all Tibia 10 clients are compatible.
Only first 5 tibia 10 updates

I have the same problem I disabled the antivirus avira and I do not see the list of characters.
What can I do, I just bought my 30 day premium

On your screenshot you use tibia 11. Just read what it says on bmega.net main website
