Hi, as in the subject i have problem with the recovery of my account, for two days i tried use option "Recovery Password" but always have this same communication "Error email not found or exceeded lost password limit (you can ask one temporary password per 2 hour). Remember: temporary password cannot be used to login into BBot, they can only be used to login to the website and to change the password."
Someone from the administration could help me recover my account?

I tested the Lost Password for my account and I received the temporary password in my email. Are you receiving the emails?

You sure u typing your email correctly?
That message shows up if u type your email wrong way.
maybe your account is on different email?

Ye, i'm sure. I even logged in to e-mail address which i gave and was e-mail from Bbot, but not in this case

You made new account on same mail you tried to recover?
