is there any way to set bot to attack people who pk you.. ? when my bots running and i get attacked it just goes on about the day without attacking the player back.

You can disable the 'Never attack players' on the Killer area, I also recommend setting some Advanced Attacks to use spells

i found out its a server issue lol. for some reason you need to red fist to attack even skulled players
tried on another server worked fine! this can be closed or deleted lol.
