I would say to bot in Elfs in yalahar until 50 or 55 , than you already can mvoe to Mutated Humans , without some dungerous caves , until level 70 you can easily make money there , and move to Ape's , where u can stick to 90 , than go to Venore or Darashia dragons , also Barbarian Camp is good though.
