BBOT dont minimize the backpacks.
And some erros happen with depositer if you use few backpacks.

It works completely fine for me, using 2-3 backpacks in main bp, and many backpacks in second bp. Try to add delay of at least 2 seconds before and after depositer.

Dont work wel because the size of backpacks, my screen is small. I can open only few backpacks at the same time.
I have to minimize the backpacks, to open all.

So it's not depositer's fault itself, but your small screen.
For me BBot opens backpacks with a width of 1 slot and I believe it's the same for you.
The solution I would like to propose you is to use as low ammount of backpacks as possible. For example Main bp, inside main bp 2nd and 3rd bps.
1st bp = main
2nd bp = stackable items, no gold
3rd bp = gold + rare loot
