so this is my question, is bbot detectable by cipsoft? or it simules keyboard and mouse to be indetectable?

Bad news for you:

Every bot is/will be' detectable, even if it simulaters keyboard and mouse =].

But bbot is not very detectable, you can check mass ban threads at this forum and see that very low %(less than 10 i suppose) of Bbot users got banned.

I today read about BBot - on Tibia.org.pl (Polish site) somebody write something like this
"Only 1-2% BBot users are detectable, but it's only by this players"
