I got dynamic ip (my ip is changing every day) and i got Bbot account blocked.
Is there any way to avoid it?
I want to bot..

If your internet restarts constantly, I suggest calling your ISP and request assistance, because the Internet can not restart this way.

its not about restarting Internet. In Poland 80% population has dynamic ip.
