Hello i have problem becouse, bot cant open door with key;/ but if door is not locked bot opened this door,what wrong?;/ please help me. thanks

This position MapTool (32672 31604 12 is in the front door. But, the position Pos: 32672 31604 12 is wrong, because you need the coordinates under the door.

Maybe wrong but i tested in front door and also under door and macro's dont works;/

You have to add two different coordinates, one - Map Tool position, second - door's position.
Open the door, stand in between open door and go to Advanced Tools -> Macro Editor -> My Position and these are door's coordinates.
MapTool and Door must have different coordinares:
For example:
MapTool (32672 31604 12:Target: 6194 Use: 2969 Pos: 32672 31603 12)
In this case the door are one sqm further to the north of Map Tool position.

Ok, i change it but now i have problem... becouse bot stay under doors and in tibia say 'sorry not possible' ;/

Are you sure that these coordinates belong to the door?
I changed 31604 to 31603 just for an example...
X = 32672
Y = 31603
Z = 12
