Hello, Im Polish player. I have little problem because when i restart my internet or restart computer I gain new IP. And my account was blocked. Can you checks logs, unblock me, Thanks

This is an automatic system and complains are in vain.
Your account will be automatically unblocked after 4-6h since banishment.
Try to not change your IP so often. If you are using some modem or router - avoid restarting it.
