Well i have 2 chars playing at the same time with mc , both of em are mages and I use em to combo with ue and sd , the thing is id like to know how could i possibly make the char i dont control follow me all the time even if i go upstairs/downstairs , copy me if i do exani hur up or down , if i use rope.. etc
any ideas?

It's not possible.
But you can create a script and let the char you are not controlling following the script, at the same time you will follow with the other char.
