Pause/Start Cavebot, Macro

hi im looking for a macro that can pause the cavebot for 5 minutes than after 5 minutes it will start the cavebot again; Thanks

I just need something a "macro" that can pause the cavebot for some minutes and unpause it
for expamle:
Waypoint 1
macro "pause cavebot for 3 minutes"/unpause
waypoint 2
waypoint 3
waypoint4
etc etc.

use Delay Point 1 = 1 secound

ok i can do that but whats the max time i can delay the bot?

I guess 900 cuz then you will be kicked
if some problem use few delays
delay 60
delay 60

etc
