Try delete BBot, and download new version. It's helped me with the same problem

What antivirus and firewall do you use?

I use microsoft security essentials, and the disabled, and the bot does not work, do not know why this problem had never failed BBot

Try this for test:

Create a new user in your pc, install tibia and bbot, and test.

Post if resolved.
