Trainer enabled = all monster around You are dead

There are two trainers, on witch one it happens?

I am using monk trainer. In earlier versions of bbot my knight just stop hitting when monks were on red hp. Now bbot is not stopping hitting becouse it kills all monsters around me wchich hitting me
