Actually it is pretty obvious that he is a scammer.
Look at this thread.
He is trying to sell a script for 5$, 5€ or 5 PLN.
The thing is that:
5$ = 16.06 PLN
5€ = 20.60 PLN
It's an attempt to swindle some cash, he picked some random small and nice number, he didn't even bother to check currency exchange rate.

He is one of these guys that asks noobies to show their EQ and then throws a lot of trash on their depot locker in order to steal it.
I have no doubts that he scammed Noowy.
Do not buy anything from Frohser if you dont want to be scammed.
