FAIL PAID?

i send many sms for pay my bot and the system debit from my phone the money but the msj is "wrong" because only talk about promotion and wrong word. i try to check my pin and fail too because the system say "this dont are in use." i need my money comeback or solve this problems and give me my prremium time plz.
