Feed Pet Macro

I need a macro for this:
in a server i have a pet and it go hunt with me, now i want to bot with, but i have to feed it when he's hungry.
I dunno how does the macros works but i was thinking that when i say the command to pet options !petstats, and hunger says hungry, it close the windows of the options then stop the cavebot and killer and put 5 oranges infront of my pet its name is (*Captain Edward Drummond) and then when he eat em, continue with the cavebot and the killer.

I could try to create a macros, however, I'm not completely sure it's possible in this case.

The hunger can says: Very Hungry, Hungry, Full, Very full

And i want to give him dragon hams
