I usually hunt @lizzard city, but I dont check all the corpses since you cant, because you always got lizards on your back..... the question is does Rare Loot really works when you dont open corpses and you're looting manually, not with the bot?

I believe that Rare Loot alarm function is based on server log messages.
Anyway you should test it yourself, add a word "gold" as a rare loot and kill a few creatureswhich drop gold coins, at once. There is your answer.
