It has refiller and depositer, it Buys 20 Royal Spears and 15 health potions.

Location : Port Hope (Start Dp)
Level Req : i think 25+ SKill : 75/50~ .. I have 80/70 Working fine for me
Xp/h : I actually dont realy know im playing on a pretty crowded server :p
