Sqlite3.dll missing, please help!

Hello, I just downloaded Bbot, and when I try to open it, it says "This application failed to start because sqlite3.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."
I have tried to reinstall bbot, but didnt work.. can anyone please help me? I will appreciate all help
