Can someone explain how rare loot alarm works ?
For example i'm botting ashmunrah now and if I loot the holy scarab I want the bot to alarm me. thanks !

How do I make it alarm if I loot Holy Scarab

write the name of the item:

if u are hunting trolls and want alarm for "silver amulet", just write that name (silver amulet) and activate.
when the char drops that item, go to copy the "loot (the words in green who appears when u kill any monster)" and activate the alarm and show u that line.
