OK, if you have done your payment with daopay thrue a sms, you will have to ask for a detail information of transactions to your celphone service company and send an email to daypay with a copy of that document that show's you have donde that payment and "charged" because some times the charge dosnt come thrue.
IF you had being charged, just send them the prove and withing the 5 next days they will send you a pin, with that pin you will be able to get your product.
That's what happened to me often so that's the way to succeed in this transaction, i hope this was helpfull.
