MapTool for open doors dont work

opening the door with key by MapTool doesn't work. Doors are a 1sqm over me.
Its my maptool code:

When the bot goes to the door is an inscription sorry "it's not possible", why is that?

It's quest door or what? With quest door use macro.

Why it didnt work ?

Key ID is right? Check it by alt+f8 and alt+klick the key. Done that? Still same id?

My friend have this same bug, its problem with "sorry not possible" when open ab trolls doors with key, without key an only closed door (no locked) work good. But with key its dont working its 100% bug. MegaNoBody can u fix this ?
