My Bbot Not Working ...

In selecting my chares bbot is white. Nothing appears to choose char .. Below is a picture.

Also have the same problem ..

I have a desktop PC and a notebook pc both of them do not open ..
the character selection does not show anything to do?

I use Kaspersky Pure 3.0
