Looter don't move potions after Refill - explained

I finally understand why looter doesnt move our potions from main backpack to supply backpack when making Refill...

It stops moving them from main backpack to another when u have less CAP than the weight of the potion stack.

Shouldn't you be refilling potions by buying them?

I just showed how looter works.
When u buy potions they go to main bp first. Then looter moves them. But when bot buys last few stacks, looter stops moving them, because cap is smaller than potion weight
