Try to set hotkey in ur client and then add send virtual key code. Its always work

OMG, you want to put that item into hotkeys? JUST DO IT IN TIBIA CLIENT....
Unless u play some old version where u had no items on hotkeys.

or at least explain arleady what the hell you need it for, when do u need it, what it is supose to do and how you want it to be done.....

As i remember, u could put items in hotkeys in tibia 8.7 so just do it....
Unless u want BBOT to use it in certain conditions. like in waypoint, but u still didn't specify!!!!
