Request: Exit Logg when health potions below 5

I have a character botting at venore coryms with full blessings. However the problem is that a player will come attack me, wait until I have finished all potions and let the monsters kill me.

This means that I lose all my blessings and not lose twist of fate as the monsters killed me. Please can you give me a macro which exit loggs after there is less than 5 health potions, as this way I will only lose twist of fate blessing or none, because the player will have the unjust.
