Do you WEAR skull helmet as well?


Is it some weird OTS NPC with all items?
I noticed while ago bbot have problem selling items to those. Maybe because of amount of items they buy.


Also check maybe if some items aren't listed twice on this NPC - this may happen by mistake of person who was creating NPC
