Since you have PM's disabled I'll answer your question here
This is how you do it..
1. Go to any webpage where you can upload images, for example http://tinypic.com
2. Upload your image
3. Copy the "direct url"
4. Paste the direct url in forum and add [img] infront of it and [/img] at the end of it.
