About Mas ban, i don't know, but you can take "ban" on any given day.

Click on the icon of the tibia and look for the option "\ Sessions \ 1 \ BaseNamedObjects \ TibiaPlayerMutex", right click on it and select "Close handle."]

You do this with every Tibia you just open to open another, but it is the surest way I know.
